Al Jazeera's Riz Khan hosts a 25-minute panel discussion on February 9 looking at the flawed reconstruction effort in Haiti and the controversial, foreign-funded electoral exercise that took place on November 28, 2010. A second round of this exercise has been demanded by the governments of the United States, Canada and France and by the Organization of American States. It is set to take place on March 20.
The three guests appearing on the panel are:
* Harry Fouche, former Consul General of Haiti in New York City and currently Chairman of the Consortium for Haitian Empowerment
* Mark Weisbrot, Co-Director of the Center for Economic Policy Research (Washington DC)
* Jose Miguel Insulza, Director General of the Organization of American States
