Saint Dic condemned "the appointment of judges to the Supreme Court for ten years during a transition." He also agreed that the international community's support for Henry - including that of the OAS and CARICOM - is like "a sanction against the Haitian people plunged into total despair with a dizzying rise in inflation and 'programmed' gang violence."
