Protector or corrupter of the Haitian citizens?

The G9 family and allies that form the Presidential Corruption Council were accused of taking money from the oligarchs to install a Prime Minister to their liking. Following pressure from the American embassy, and for fear of being discovered, they were forced to remove Garry Conille and, six months later, they placed another bourgeoisie-approved candidate, Alix Didier Fils-Aimé.

The members of the Presidential Council have many shady actions to their credit. In addition, they have taken funds earmarked for intelligence service and share them each month among themselves.

The corruption is so blatant that, in addition to the accusation that of three members bribed the Banque Nationale de Crédit's former chairman of the board of directors, they have just illegally hired investigating judge Jean Wilner Morin, designated as interim protector of the citizen.

It was on Thursday, November 21, in Delmas 33, that the installation of the new corrupter or protector of the citizen took place by a defector from the left to the reactionary pro-imperialist right, the Minister of National Education and Vocational Training, the opportunist Antoine Augustin.

Indeed, Morin took control of the Office for the Protection of Citizens (OPC) by replacing Renan Hédouville whose seven-year term had expired, but the provisions of the Constitution were not applied correctly in this transfer of power, that is to say in the respect and application of the rules of procedure set by law.

The ceremony took place in the presence of members of the High Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ), the Director General of the Anti-Corruption Unit (ULCC), Hans Ludwig Joseph; as well as leaders of human rights organizations, such as Camille Occius of the Organization of Citizens for a New Haiti (OCNH) and representatives of the National Network for the Defense of Human Rights (RNDDH) of the authentically corrupt Pierre Espérance, of whom Morin is a surely an ally.

Pierre Espérance applauded with both hands the arrival of Jean Wilner Morin as protector of the citizen. Pierre's satisfaction speaks volumes, it probably indicates that the business of his strong criminal association operating in the country under the guise of defending human rights will soon be more profitable than before. He even confirmed that it was he who dismissed Renan Hédouville as head of the OPC for bad business. Let's not be surprised, because this criminal association actually has its own judges, its own lawyers, its own police officers, its own media and journalists to relay its criminal propaganda.

We take note of the testimony of one of the victims of this criminal association, Sherlson Sanon. The latter had indicated in a press conference, on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, in the premises of the Surprise Hotel located in Delmas 75, that as part of the set-up carried out by Pierre Espérance against Edo Zenny and Joseph Lambert, Me Mario Beauvoir and Judge Morin had asked him to endorse all of Pierre Espérance's lies.

In truth, " Morin had invited me to lie against others to satisfy the criminal obsessions of his friend Espérance," he had declared.

Should we therefore conclude that the former investigating judge Jean Wilner Morin, who is presented as an honest judge, is an employee, if not a pawn of the criminal association led by the RNDDH's Pierre Espérance.
