The UN's Humanitarian Action Plan for Haiti, 2014

Each year since the 2010 earthquake, the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) of the United Nations produces a 'humanitarian action plan' for Haiti which outlines facts, figures and goals for the work of the world body. The goals are modest and the funding is accordingly low. The published plan provides useful statistics as well as a good overview of the very modest objectives which the world body sets for itself in Haiti. The most controversial  issues, such as the UN's responsibility for the cholera epidemic that has killed more than 8,000 in Haiti, are omitted.
